After School Club

Ardley Hill After School Cub opened in January 2001 and provides after school activities for children aged 3 – 11 years of age, in a safe, happy environment, supervised by professional, experienced staff.

The varied programme includes arts, sports, recreational and educational activities. At the After School Club, a quiet area is set aside where children can read, rest or complete their homework.

The After School Club starts at 3.30pm (when school ends) and closes at 5.30pm.  We now provide a healthy snack for the children every afternoon.

Occasional/one off bookings may be made, subject to availability, and are used by many for either childcare purposes or just for socialising.

* £4.00 per hour per child.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel any sessions you have booked on Parent mail please contact the office on ardley.hill@ardleyhill.org.uk with at least 24 hours notice and a refund will be issued. If it is less than this, unfortunately a refund cannot be given.

Little STARS

Little STARS opened in September 2019, for children aged 3-7 years (Pre School and 4+- Year 2). Little STARS runs from the Butterflies Room of Ardley Hill Pre School. Our hourly rate is £4.00 per hour per child. Unfortunately, we do not offer a sibling discount.

Please book your sessions on parent mail.

Late Collection from Star Club

Children who are not collected at 3:30pm are not automatically sent to STAR Club, they will be sent to the School Office and parents will be telephoned. Of course, we appreciate that there are always emergency situations that mean you may be running a few minutes late for pick up. In this instance, please telephone the School Office to keep us informed. You will also be charged a late fee of £5 per child, per 15 minutes if you do not collect your child on time. If this is repeated, there will be a significant fine on top of these charges.
