Pupil leadership

At Ardley Hill we encourage our pupils to take on additional leadership responsibilities to help and support the whole community.

Pupil leadership role take several forms across the school – from a class representative, who introduce visitors to their class, to senior pupils who help out at whole school events and observe lessons.

In order to apply for these roles pupils are asked to complete an application form and state why they wish to take on the role and how well they are suited to it.
