Expectations

Having high expectations means believing all pupils at Ardley Hill Academy should always strive to achieve their best. Raising expectations is not about being strict. It’s quite the opposite. By raising our expectations, pupils will work hard whether they are being watched or not. Our goal is to create a classroom culture of hard work and self-belief - so pupils can REACH their potential.
