All items of our uniform are available now from Best Look, Dunstable and Tesco.

Winter Uniform 4+

(PLEASE NOTE: Winter uniform must be worn from the first day of Autumn Term until the last day of Spring Term each year.)

  • Dark grey skirt/pinafore dress/culottes or
  • Loose fitting, straight legged, dark grey trousers
  • Short sleeved gold (not yellow) polo shirt
  • Dark grey academy jumper/cardigan with Ardley Hill embroidered emblem
  • Plain white/grey/black socks or tights
  • Black low heeled shoes¹

Winter Uniform Key Stages 1 and 2

(PLEASE NOTE: Winter uniform must be worn from the first day of Autumn Term until the last day of Spring Term each year.)

  • White cotton shirt
  • Academy tie (not elasticated)
  • Dark grey academy jumper/cardigan with Ardley Hill embroidered emblem
  • Plain white/grey/black socks or tights
  • Black low heeled shoes¹

Summer Uniform – All Years

(PLEASE NOTE: Summer uniform must be worn from the first day of Summer Term until the last day of Summer term each year.)

  • Yellow striped or checked dress or
  • Dark grey trousers (short or long)/skirt/pinafore dress
  • Short sleeved gold (not yellow) polo shirt
  • Dark grey academy jumper/cardigan with Ardley Hill embroidered emblem
  • Plain white/grey/black socks or tights
  • Black or white low heeled shoes¹

Physical Education Kit

  • Black shorts
  • White T-shirt
  • Trainers with non-marking soles²
  • A drawstring bag
  • Black tracksuit with Ardley Hill embroidered emblem

General

HAIR

  • Neat, natural coloured with no extremes of fashion.
  • Long hair (boys and girls) to be tied back at all times.
  • Hair bands, scrunchies etc should blend in with our uniform colours and not be brightly coloured.

JEWELLERY

  • Simple stud earrings (only one in each ear) and a small watch are the only jewellery allowed (unless there are cultural/religious reasons).
  • Other visible facial/body piercings are not allowed.
  • For Health and Safety reasons earrings and watches are not worn for PE lessons.

OTHER

  • Make-up and nail varnish is not to be worn.
  • Transfer tattoos should not be on display.

PLEASE NOTE: The Academy Office does not sell ties.  They are available from Best Look, High Street North, Dunstable.

NOTE

¹  No trainers, plimsolls, sling backs, strappy or toe-less styles.
²  4+ children do not require trainers until the second half of the summer term.
