Meetings

Dates for the Diary

 2019/2020

Dear Parents & Carers,

Following on from the success of last year we are sticking with the same format for parent evenings, drop ins and open events.  The calendar for the year below gives the events, closer to the time you will be sent further details.

The new welcome/class presentation in September has been pushed back slightly due to the summer closure, but I hope you manage to attend, as many parents really enjoyed these last year. This is for you to meet the staff who will be working with your child, hear how they approach teaching and also have a chance to ask general questions.

I wanted to be very clear on the topic of siblings.  For most of these events we only suggest that you don’t bring siblings.  If you have childcare difficulties, then of course they are welcome to the vast majority of our events and evenings.  The only event they cannot attend, due to fire and health and safety regulations, is the September class presentation.

When you are invited to a performance you will have the opportunity to bring siblings with you. There will be some restrictions due to fire regulations, but this will be fully explained in the letter for each performance.

Lastly, we will continue to run a class assembly for each class throughout the year.  We will be starting this in October and you will get an invite when it is the turn of your child’s class.
