America – Year 5

Welcome to America Class

Keep checking regularly for updates and photographs

This year we will be learning about Space (mission X), The Ancient Greeks (Groovy Greece) and the Vikings and Anglo Saxons (Raiders and Traders).

We follow a creative curriculum and have lots of fun whilst learning.

We are hoping to perform at the 02 Arena in London during the Spring Term. This will be the second time Ardley Hill children will have taken part in the Young Voices Concert.

Year 5 is an exciting and challenging year where we learn to be more mature and take a more independent approach to learning.

WOW …We’ve had loads of fun over the last term. We’ve got to know each other really well and have made lots of new friends.

We’ve really enjoyed our Space Topic. Our favourite activity was when we used Oreos to show the moon phases!!
